FAQ

How can I pay for my order?

All our orders are paid for online, with a Visa, Mastercard American Express or via a PayPal account. Checks, cash in the mail and C.O.D. are not currently available options, although it pains us (and not in a good way) to decline your money!

When do you accept orders?

The vendors package and ships orders as soon as they reasonably can. Some vendors are smaller producers who have day jobs but nevertheless we (kinky.com and the community of makers/vendors) aim to service you diligently and quickly.

What is the order and fulfillment process?

Once you have placed your order online, the vendor is notified and will package and ship your item via the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your package is on the move with your courier, you will receive a tracking number. When your tracking number is shared, that is when the estimated delivery window begins. At that time, the process is completed between yourself and your courier service.

How are packages boxed and addressed?

Vendors are acutely aware and respectful of your privacy!! Plain packaging is used. There is no branding on the outside of the box, and the shipping label shows it is coming from the vendor's address.

How does the charge appear on my bank statement?

Charges to your credit card from Kinky.com appears on your statement as “RSV LLC”

REFUNDS –

Any item sold and fulfilled by kinky itself [i.e. kinky acting as a vendor on its own marketplace, kinky.com] can be returned within 30 days [we are talking ok to return a dirty butt plug!].  This is our strongly-suggested policy for our vendors.  However vendors are free to change this policy in some circumstances so please check these policies at checkout.

Proposition 65 Information

California’s Proposition 65 entitles California consumers to special warnings for certain products that contain chemicals above certain threshold levels.

While we at kinky.com make every effort to ensure the products sold by vendors are safe, the reality is that we cannot ask for, and maintain documentation verifying the 100% safety of all products on the site. Hence, please digest the warnings below

The general Proposition 65 notice is as follows: WARNING: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.

DEHP WARNING: Some consumer products can contain Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP), a chemical known to the State of California to be carcinogenic, and/or cause Birth Defects and Reproductive Toxicity by exposure through Touch, Oral, Dermal absorption.
